Refund Policy

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or ticket transfers. Should you have any issues or questions, please contact us at dmirl@dearmedia.com  and we will do our best to support your needs. We cannot offer assistance with cancelation, refunds, or other fees associated with hotel accommodations, airline or ground transportation.

I have food allergies. Can I bring my own food?

We always do our best to accommodate allergies and provide a variety of different options to our attendees. That being said, if you do have any allergies and you are not seeing any options available on the food menu, please feel free to bring your own lunch/snacks. We unfortunately will not have access to a kitchen for storage or a microwave.

What should I bring?

We have a jam-packed day planned for you. Bring your ID, a notebook, a pen, anything you will need for a day of hearing from your fave podcasters.

What should I wear?

Dress code is whatever you want it to be! Go for comfortable shoes—you will be moving around throughout the day, so keep that in mind when planning your fab outfits. The weather in Austin can be unpredictable, so stay on top of your weather apps to dress accordingly.

How is the lowest price per person calculated?

The lowest price per person is typically priced assuming max occupancy of a room (typically 4-5 people in a two queen bed room). Room occupancy varies on room type.

What if I already have a ticket?

Not a problem - you can still take advantage of the ‘Here for the Party Package, which gets you a great hotel deals!

Question 11

Does everyone in a group need to buy a package?

Accepted Answer

You can easily purchase a package for multiple people in one transaction. If your package includes a ticket and is booked for two people, your order will have two tickets. Simply add the number of guests you are buying for and number of rooms you need in the checkout flow. Plus, at the end of the checkout flow you can either split the payment with your group so they pay individually or you can pay for the entire group.
