2. Will food or refreshments be provided at the events?

Accepted Answer

Food will not be available at the events. Drinks can be purchased at the bar. VIP All Access guests will receive an open bar wristband.

3. Can I purchase multiple package types in one transaction when making a group registration purchase?

Accepted Answer

At this time, each order is limited to one package type. You can purchase multiple packages in a single transaction, but they must all be the same type.

4. How do I receive my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Upon purchase, an account is created using the email you provided. You can log in to this portal at any time using the email you purchased with to access your tickets and retrieve your QR codes.

QR codes will also be emailed to you before the event to ensure easy access.

Additional Details:

Your QR code is required for event entry and will be scanned at the door. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend saving your QR code to your phone or printing a copy in advance.

After Hours events are produced by Jampack, an official partner of JCK. These packages DO NOT include access to the JCK Floor or registration services.

Yes, all events are strictly 21+.

8. Do I need to bring my ID?

A government-issued ID is required for liquor purchases at After Dark events and nightclub entry.
