3. Can I purchase multiple package types in one transaction when making a group registration purchase?

Accepted Answer

At this time, each order is limited to one package type. You can purchase multiple packages in a single transaction, but they must all be the same type.

4. How do I receive my ticket?

For Tickets Purchased via Jampack:
 An account is created with the email used at checkout. Log in anytime to access your tickets and QR codes, which will also be emailed to you before the event.

For Tickets Purchased via PRINTING United Registration:
An account was automatically created using the email from your PRINTING United registration. Your After Dark event QR codes will be emailed closer to the event—check your inbox and spam folder.

5. I'm not able to find my tickets?

Please search for “Jampack After Dark” in the inbox. If still unable to locate, you can reach out to wegotyou@jampack.com for support.

6. Is this event produced by the PRINTING United? Does it include access to the PRINTING United Floor?

Accepted Answer

After Dark events are produced by Jampack, an official partner of PRINTING United. These packages DO NOT include access to the PRINTING United floor or registration services.

8. Do I need to bring my ID?

A government-issued ID is required for liquor purchases at After Dark events.
