Does everyone in a group need to buy a package?

You can easily purchase a package for multiple people in one transaction. If your package includes a ticket and is booked for two people, your order will have two tickets. Simply add the number of guests you are buying for and number of rooms you need in the checkout flow. Plus, at the end of the checkout flow you can either split the payment with your group so they pay individually or you can pay for the entire group.

How is the lowest price per person calculated?

The lowest price per person is typically priced based on the lowest price room for the selected occupancy, lowest price available tickets, and the recommended number of hotel nights.

What if I already have a pass?

Not a problem - you can still take advantage of the Hotel Package, which gets you a great hotel deal!

How is layaway plan broken down?

Accepted Answer

Layaway plan will have monthly installments with a processing fee. The layaway plan processing fee covers the administrative costs of setting up and managing your installment payments. It is based on the total order price and is non-refundable.

How does the Water Taxi add-on work?

Add a pass on the Add Experiences step when booking your package. GA passes include unlimited hop-on rides all weekend from the 17th Street, Downtown, and Gallery ONE stops. VIP passes include scheduled rides with door-to-door service from 17th Street, Downtown, and Pier Sixty-Six. Every ride drops you right at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park — no traffic, no parking.

Why don't I see a Water Taxi option when booking?

Water Taxi passes are offered when your selected hotel is near a stop. If you're staying at one of our beeachfront hotels, you're already within walking distance of the festival, so no pass is needed.
