Your Inkarceration Shuttle Guide: FAQ

Ready to rock? We've got your ride covered! Here’s everything you need to know about using your Jampack shuttle service at Inkcarceration.

1. What is the Shuttle Schedule?
   Please note the schedule is subject to change. Communications will be sent if hours change. Please ensure you are able to receive text messages from our marketing team!

• Shuttles run Friday through Sunday! (These do not run on a loop!)
  
  • Hotel Departures:
    
    • 10:30 AM
    • 2:00 PM
  • Evening departures from the festival:
    
    • 9:30 PM 
    • 11:45 PM (last departure from the festival grounds)
      
      

2. Where can I pick-up my shuttle wristbands? 
   
   • Customers can pick-up their shuttle wristbands between Friday and Sunday at the following shuttle stops between 9:30am and 2:00pm:
     
     • Hampton Inn By Hilton Mansfield/Ontario
       - This will be the pick up location for Fairfield Inn & Suites Mansfield Ontario
     • TownePlace Suites Mansfield Ontario
       - This will be the pick up location for Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mansfield

• Can't make it to a shuttle stop? You can pick-up your wristbands from the Box Office between 12:00pm-3:00pm Friday through Saturday!
  
  

3. What time does my shuttle leave every morning?
   The ride to Inkcarceration begins at 10:30 AM! Shuttles depart the hotel and festival grounds on a set schedule and do not run continuously. Be sure to arrive on time for your scheduled departure—late arrivals may miss the shuttle!
   
   
4. Can I bring drinks on the bus?
   While we love a good sip just as much as you do, open container drinks aren't allowed on the shuttle.
   
   
5. What if I lose my shuttle wristband, or damage it?
   We will have staff members available at the pick up locations at the hotels and festival grounds with extra wristbands.
   
   
6. I need ADA Accommodations, where do I go?
   To make sure we have an ADA-accessible shuttle available at your stop, please reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
   
   
7. I need to buy an extra shuttle pass, can I do that at my shuttle stop?
   We unfortunately have sold out of shuttle passes, and these will not be available for purchasing on-site.
   
   
8. What if I miss the last bus leaving the festival?
   Our last shuttle heads out at 11:45 PM, right after the final act wraps up. If you missed it, no worries — you can still catch a ride from the festival’s designated rideshare area using Uber or Lyft. A designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up will be available near the festival entrance. Follow signage and the direction of police and traffic staff.
   
   
9. Where is the drop off/pick up location at the festival?
   Pick up location is towards the RideShare Pick Up location where S Olivesburg Road and US-30 meet.

10. Where can I go for general questions when the festival weekend starts?
    Our Jampack Customer Support Team is available 24/7 to help kick-off the weekend.

11. What shuttle should I get on?
    All shuttles departing the festival grounds will be going to ALL hotel stops.
    We recommend reviewing your “Shuttle Know Before You Go” email that you received about 2 weeks prior to the festival start date, below are the list of shuttle pick up locations.

12. Where do I go to find items I may have left/lost on a shuttle bus?
    If you’ve left something behind, please contact our Customer Support Team with the shuttle stop you used. We’ll do our best to locate your item and arrange its return through our shuttle service or on-site staff. You can also check with our on-site staff, and we’re happy to contact our bus drivers.

    In the case of a weather evacuation, please return to the Jampack shuttle pick up and drop off area
