Jampack: official ticket + hotel packages for live events

2nd year using the company for a Las Vegas festival. Customer service has responded and assisted with all my questions and requests within 24hrs.Love the pay plan options they offer to allow me to attend these festivals.

Went to Sick New World for the first time this year. I purchased a hotel and GA package. I loved the perks that came with the package. It did take a while for me to receive my wristband and there was some miscommunication from Jampack’s generic emails but Jampack staff was able to respond via email after I sent an inquiry and everything got sorted in a timely matter.

One word - AMAZING. Customer service was SO helpful & answered quickly. Everything was very organized & easy to read. Information about my tickets, passes etc was easily accessible! 10/10!!!

Every experience that I had with JamPack related to the concert plans was first-rate. Initially, I had trouble logging into my account but once I contacted JamPack, the Customer Service Rep were able to get everything resolved quickly. Definitely looking forward to dealing with JamPack on future concert plans.

I accidentally selected the wrong hotel package for welcome to Rockville 2025. Even though the site said no refunds or exchanges, I contacted jampack customer support and they were extremely helpful and allowed me to rebook with the correct hotel and cancelled my original order! Awesome customer service! I'm highly satisfied!

I used Jampack for Lovers and Friends Festival and it was super easy. I think my only complaint is the website for purchasing was a bit glitchy. It was hard to purchase tickets. The 2023 Festival itself was ran well. I had GA+ and thought the space was good. I would definitely buy other Festival packages through Jampack.

Organization was amazing, the arrangement on site was great, VIP section was nice.
