What time does my shuttle leave every morning?

First Departure (From Hotels): Approximately 10:30 AM.
Service to Festival: Shuttles run continuously from hotels to the festival until about 8:00 PM.
Final Departure (from Festival): The last shuttle leaves the festival grounds (heading back to hotels) at 12:00 AM (Midnight)

* Start times are subject to change, however we will usually send our first shuttle 30 minutes before gates open

Where can I pick up my shuttle wristbands?

*Times are subject to change closer to the festival start time.

Does everyone in my party need a wristband?

Yes! Everyone in your party does need a wristband.
Should you need to purchase additional shuttle wristbands, please head to one of our pick up locations during the festival times or if purchasing prior to festival please reach out to [email protected].
Limited quantity available for purchase on site and will be on a first come first serve basis! To ensure your full party is covered, we recommend reaching out prior to the festival weekend!

What if I lose my shuttle wristband, or damage it?

You can replace your shuttle wristband at any shuttle pick-up location for a $20 replacement fee. Just a heads-up: no cash accepted, so make sure you have a card ready.

I require accessibility services, where do I go?

To make sure we have an accessible shuttle available at your stop, please fill out our survey or reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

I need to buy an extra shuttle pass, can I do that at my shuttle stop?

Yes! If your crew needs extra passes, we've got you covered!
Passes are subject to availability, so snag them while you can. And just a heads-up — no cash accepted, so make sure you’ve got a card handy!

What if I miss the last bus leaving the festival?

Our last shuttle heads out at 12:00am, right after the final act wraps up. If you missed it, no worries — you can still catch a ride from the festival’s designated rideshare area using Uber or Lyft. A designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up will be available near the festival entrance. Follow signage and the direction of police and traffic staff.

Where is the drop off/pick up location at the festival?

Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the same location, should this change we will reach out to all travelers so make sure you have your phone number linked in your package and you can accept messages from our marketing team!

Where can I go for general questions when the festival weekend starts?

Our Jampack Customer Support Team is available 24/7 to help kick-off the weekend. Feel free to contact us.

What color shuttle should I board at the festival?

*Colors only represent the route the bus will be on, wristband colors will be the same for all travelers.

Please look out for the “Shuttle Know Before You Go” email that will be sent about 2 weeks prior to the festival start date!

What if there’s an evacuation?

In the case of an emergency weather evacuation, please return to the Jampack shuttle pick up and drop off area

Where do I go to find items I may have left/lost on a shuttle bus?

If you’ve left something behind, please contact our Customer Support Team with the shuttle stop you used. We’ll do our best to locate your item and arrange its return through our shuttle service or on-site staff. You can also check with our on-site staff, and we’re happy to contact our bus drivers.

Can I bring drinks on the bus?

While we love a good sip just as much as you do, open container drinks aren't allowed on the shuttle.
