  1. Where do I catch the shuttle at the festival grounds?
    • Location: Head towards the Ohio History Center by following the signs for Shuttle Pick Up & Drop Off.
    • Address: 800 E 17th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211. Look for our Jampack signage!

  2. Which shuttle color should I board when leaving the festival?
    • Find your hotel below to know which color shuttle is yours! We also sent this info in your "Shuttle Know Before You Go" email about two weeks before the festival – check your inbox!
      • Blue: Hyatt Regency Columbus (350 N High St)
      • Green: Renaissance Columbus Downtown (50 N 3rd St)
      • Orange: Holiday Inn Columbus Downtown-Capitol Square (175 E Town St)
      • Pink: Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus Airport (4294 International Gateway)
      • Purple: Tru by Hilton Columbus Airport (2845 Airport Dr)

  3. What time do shuttles start heading to the festival each morning?
    • Here’s the daily shuttle schedule:
      • First Departure (From Hotels): Approximately 10:30 AM.
      • Service to Festival: Shuttles run continuously from hotels to the festival until about 8:15 PM.
      • Final Departure (from Festival): The last shuttle leaves the festival grounds (heading back to hotels) at 1:30 AM (Midnight)
  4. When is the last shuttle leaving the festival each night? What if I miss it?
    • The final shuttle departs from the festival grounds (Ohio History Center location) at 1:30 AM, shortly after the music ends.
    • Missed the last one? No worries! You can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft from the festival's designated rideshare pick-up zone. Just follow the signs and directions from staff.
  5. Oops! I lost or damaged my shuttle wristband. What now?
    • Don't sweat it! You can get a replacement wristband at any shuttle check-in location (either at the hotels or the festival grounds).
    • There is a $20 replacement fee, payable by card only (no cash accepted).
  6. Can I buy extra shuttle passes at my hotel stop?
    • No, passes are no longer available for purchase
  7. I require ADA accommodations for the shuttle. How do I arrange this?

  8. I have mobility needs. How do I get from the Jampack shuttle drop-off point to the festival entrance gate?
    • The festival’s Access Team provides an Accessible Shuttle service for fans with disabilities needing assistance between the main shuttle drop-off (800 E 17th Ave) and the festival gate.
    • How to request a ride TO the gate: When you depart from your hotel on show days, please text “ST25” to 844-556-6998 to give the Access Team advance notice. Staff begin responding at 9:30 AM on show days and will confirm your pick-up via text.
    • Returning FROM the gate: When leaving the festival, the Accessible Shuttle runs on a loop to bring you back to the main shuttle pick-up/drop-off area.

  9. Can I bring drinks onto the shuttle?
    • No alcohol (either open or closed) is permitted on board at any time. Any permitted non-alcoholic beverages must remain sealed while on the shuttle. Open containers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Thanks for your understanding!"
