Welcome to Rockville 2026 Shuttle & Transportation FAQ

Get ready for an epic weekend at Rockville! To ensure you spend more time at the stages and less time worrying about the ride, we’ve put together everything you need to know about our Jampack Shuttle Service.

🎟️ Shuttle Wristband Pickup

Important: Shuttle wristbands were NOT shipped with your festival tickets. You must pick them up in person.

  • Wednesday Early Pickup & Welcome Party: Beat the lines and pick-up your shuttle wristbands early or at our Wednesday Welcome Party! *Festival admission wristbands cannot be picked up.
  • Time: Starts at 5:00 PM. (Our Wednesday Welcome Party starts at 7:00pm!)
  • Location: Hard Rock Hotel Terrace Entrance.
  • Note: You can pick up your bands here even if you are not attending the Wednesday Welcome Party, through 9:00 PM! 
  • Thursday-Sunday Pickup: If you miss Wednesday, visit the Customer Support HQ desks at either the Hard Rock Hotel or Daytona Grande.
  • Hours: Thursday–Sunday, starting at 10:00 AM (one hour before the first bus).
  • Check Your Package: Not sure if you have shuttle access or the Welcome Party? Visit my.jampack.com to view your order details.

🚌 Hotel Shuttle Schedule

Our shuttles run on a continuous loop between the hotels and the festival grounds. There are not separate lines for each hotel; one loop services both locations.

  • Hotel Stops: Hard Rock Hotel & Daytona Grande.
  • First Departure: 11:00 AM daily.
  • Last Departure to Festival: 8:00 PM (Don't miss the last ride to the show!).
  • Return Times (From Festival Grounds):
  • Thursday: Last bus departs at 1:30 AM.
  • Friday – Sunday: Last bus departs at 1:00 AM.
  • Note: Return shuttles run approximately one hour after the final act ends.

🏖️ "Camp to Coast" Shuttles

Swapping the Speedway for the sand? Our camper-specific shuttle takes you straight to the beach. *These passes will not be sold on-site.

  • The Look: Campers will be issued a Silver Wristband for the weekend.
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily (Continuous loop).
  • Route: Festival Grounds ↔ Daytona Grande Hotel (Beach Access).
  • Pickup/Drop-off Location: Head to the Turn 1 Entrance near the Box Office. Look for the Pink Jampack Sign and our staff at the Shuttle Station.

📍 Logistics & Support

  • Festival Drop-off/Pick-up: Head to the Turn 1 Entrance near the Box Office. Look for the Jampack staff on-site to guide you.
  • Customer Support HQ: Desks are located at both the Hard Rock Hotel and Daytona Grande.
  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
  • Lost Wristbands: If you lose your shuttle band, please visit a Support HQ desk during operating hours to discuss replacement options. We’ll take care of you!
  • Accessibility (ADA): We want to ensure a smooth ride for everyone. If you require assistance for wheelchairs, walkers, or medical devices, please click here to fill out our assistance form.
