Where is the Box Office?

It's at Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark, 20 32nd St N, Birmingham, AL 35222. WorkPlay pick-up is available Thursday only.

Where do I pick up my Jampack luggage tag, patch, and beanie?

All customers can pick up their Jampack inclusions from our Welcome Party or the Box Office. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID that's associated with the person who placed the order.

If you're unsure that your package has these items included, you can review your order by logging into my.jampack.com.

Who hands out the wristbands?

The Furnace Fest team at Will Call gives out wristbands for all Jampack orders, so look for our staff there Friday through Sunday at the Box Office.

Is my ticket digital?

No. Entry requires a physical RFID wristband. There are no mobile, PDF or Apple Wallet tickets.

Once a wristband is on, its clasp locks, so don't put it on too tight. Replacement wristbands are subject to a $25 replacement fee.

Are my wristbands being shipped, or are they at Will Call?

Your order confirmation shows your delivery method, and so does my.jampack.com. Orders paid in full after September 18th, and all international orders, are automatically switched to Will Call.

What to bring to the Box Office

I booked with Jampack. What do I need?

Bring both of these:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order.
  • Your Jampack order confirmation. Showing it on your phone is fine, and you don't need to print it.

I bought my ticket on StubHub (or another resale site). What do I bring?

Jampack doesn't connect with StubHub or other resale sites, so your wristband is still under the original buyer's Jampack order. Ask your seller for the documents below, then bring all three:

  1. A written, signed letter of consent from the original purchaser that names you as the person picking up.
  2. Your own valid government-issued photo ID, matching the name in the consent letter.
  3. The original purchaser's Jampack order confirmation.

Another option is for the seller to contact Jampack support and ask for a traveler swap, which puts the order in your name. The order has to be paid in full, and Jampack doesn't refund the seller. Payment between the two of you is arranged privately.

Can a friend pick up my wristbands for me?

Yes. They need the same three items listed above, with your signed letter naming them.

Welcome Party

When and where is the Welcome Party?

Friday, October 9, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM CDT, at Elysian Gardens (101 40th St S, Birmingham, AL 35222).

Is it included in my package?

That depends on your package or add-ons. To check, open your confirmation and itinerary at my.jampack.com. There's also a Welcome Party with Open Bar upgrade available as an add-on.

Is transportation provided?

No. You'll need to arrange your own ride to and from the party.

Tip: Friday Box Office pick-up at Sloss Furnaces runs until 8:00 PM, while the party starts at 7:00 PM. If you want both, pick up your wristbands first.

At the festival

What bags can I bring?

Personal-sized bags, backpack size or smaller, and they don't have to be clear. Every bag is searched at entry.

What's allowed and what isn't?

You can bring: empty reusable water bottles and CamelBaks, non-aerosol sunscreen, and phone chargers.

You can't bring: outside food or drinks, tents, umbrellas, chains or spikes, professional cameras, or pets (service animals are welcome).

Do I need cash?

No. The festival is cashless, and vendors take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes, re-entry is allowed each day until 6:00 PM CT. If you leave after 6:00 PM, re-entry is not permitted.

Can kids come?

Ages 10 and under receive free general admission. All other ticket types must be purchased.

If you have general admission and you're bringing a child 10 or under, stop by the Box Office to get your child's wristband before you get in line to enter the festival grounds.

Where do I park?

Parking lots are located across the street from the venue on 34th St N and 2nd Ave N. There's also a lot across the overpass on 32nd St S and 1st Ave S. See the parking map below.

Parking passes are sold in advance, and Jampack is currently operating on a waitlist. Super VIP includes one weekend parking pass. Once passes sell out, plan on off-site parking or a rideshare.
