These amazing people really helped me this weekend. My flight has me over a day late for check in and they took the time to double check my hotel knew I was coming in late.

I was wow-ed by how easy it was to find a reasonably priced hotel and the ticket level that I was looking for, for a concert that sold out so quickly.

I had never heard of Jampack before and honestly, was very worried for a lot of the time between booking and the actual event. Everything was so smooth and the hotel was GORGEOUS, close to the concert venue and the nightlife of the city we were in. It was such an easy experience!

Jampack staff was extremely helpful, professional, and timely with responding to any questions that I had. I was very satisfied with the experience.

Jampack has made festivals soo much easier and more affordable for us! No stress about booking your hotel and the payment plans makes it way easier to budget. Plus the bonuses like the welcome parties and designated entry lanes are nice extras. We've used them for WWWY 2 years now and have helped friends and family book festivals with Jampack too. The only thing that could make them even better is if they helped with festival transportation. I'd love to see a Jampack bus from the hotels they use to the festival grounds. I'd totally pay for an add on option for that!

I have used JamPack to book all four years of When We Were Young Festival. The website is super easy to use and I love the convenience factor of the booking the hotel and ticket package together. Will definitely use them in the future.

Used Jampack to book experiences, hotel, and tickets for WWWY festival 2025 and 2024. I would recommend to anyone attending! The flexibility to use a payment plan is really convenient and the events are always so fun and help to make the trip worth it. The brunch this year was amazing and the nightclub access this year and last year made the trip memorable and our itinerary was so full. Will be using them again next year :)

Great packages with the convenience of booking hotel with your tickets. Great customer service thats super responsive. We bought our package in January and ended up moving to a different state in April and the customer service was super helpful in changing my shipping address.

Such a great way to experience the When We Were Young music festival. It was so easy to get tickets and a hotel package. The package and layaway option made this trip affordable for us.

The absolute best and easiest way to attend a festival. I felt less stressed knowing I had my package that had tickets for my whole party and our hotel room secured. I also love that it can break it down how much it is per person! Easiest way to go and I will never buy a festival ticket any other way.

I had such a great experience booking my trip with Jampack, would definitely use them again! I did a When We Were Young hotel & experience package where I was able to make payments, but I had a paycheck lapse and needed to extend my payment date. I reached out to the Jampack customer service and had no issue having it pushed further out, and no issues at all with my vacation moving forward. (: 10/10!

I reached out 3 different times via email to either make a change to my reservation, or to ask a question, and each time my question was answered expertly and quickly. I really appreciate that because I work in a job (trainer in a gym) where finding time to make a phone call is very difficult - I appreciated being able to reach out on the weekend and get somebody.

The team writes in a very respectful and clear manner, always making sure that you know what they are perusing on their end and and what they need from you. They also make sure to help you in any way they can and explore every last option ’till all of them are spent (speaking from experience), making sure you are satisfied with the result. They respond fairly quickly, even if you answer at weird times due to time zones. The experience working with them is very pleasant and really feels like you are on a team working towards a common goal.

Please continue offering these travel packages! I loved how close the hotel was to the event venue and shuttles, and I appreciated having the hotel stay and ticket in one package.

Did not get to go to all of them but its was definitely a package that I thought to be a reasonable price.

Jampack was a great way to get festival tickets when the original tickets had sold out originally. This enabled us to purchase tickets and book a hotel near to the festival site itself which made the whole experience so much better. I think Jampack is a great option for people that are not familliar with the area that the festivals are held in and people travelling from afar (we came from the UK, our first time in the USA). The instructions on how and where to collect our wristbands were clear and added so much ease to the whole experience so Thankyou!

The convenience of the location of the hotel, Stadium, several dining areas, the purple bridge, the free event & shopping on Fountain Square; $2 shuttle saved us from using share ride. On the event page is where i saw the package deal & so glad i used it. Easy to select, tickets in the mail at a decent time; along with luggage tags & concert line up tag, with skyline reflection, i loved it. & the customer service very helpful & polite. My question was answered in a timely fashion! And a 2 day extension was able to be put on my account!! This is the second year I've bought a jam-packed package for Bourbon and Beyond and last year I was extremely pleased so I decided to do the same this year. I was a nervous wreck that I may lose everything by not having my payment tomorrow and was super pleased that they could give me an extension and I would be good!!

Excellent. I ordered tickets last night and made a mistake spelling my address. I emailed customer service and they fixed it right away. And did my mind my multiple emails because I was so worried I would not get the tickets. They were great. Answered me quickly and so friendly.
