Old School Love 2026 FAQ

Welcome to the Old School Love Jampack! To ensure you have the best experience possible, we've rounded up the most important details for your arrival.

Venue & Timing

  • Location: 602 N Flower St, Santa Ana, CA 92703.
  • Doors Open: 1:00 PM.
  • Box Office: Hours will be posted closer to the event date.

Tickets & Access

  • Where are my tickets? You can find your tickets by logging into your Jampack account at my.jampack.com.
    • If your order is not paid in full, your tickets will NOT appear in your Jampack account.
  • Login Info: Use the same email address you used to place your order.
  • Upon arrival: To access them, click "View Order" below and head to the "Tickets" tab. For the smoothest entry at the gates, we recommend adding them to your Apple or Google Wallet now so they're ready to go when you arrive.
  • Wristbands: All attendees will be wristbanded at entry according to their respective tickets.
  • Floor Access: VIP purchasers have unvetted access to the floor. The remaining capacity will be on a first come, first served basis. Floor wristbands will be available at the "FLOOR ACCESS" pickup tent inside the concourse after entry. Anyone that would like to experience the floor will need to pick up a wristband first, to be worn in addition to their GA or GA+ wristband. (VIP purchasers do not need an additional floor wristband.)

Parking & Accessibility

  • Parking: Available in the areas surrounding the venue in city-owned lots. Parking is on-site purchase only.
  • Note: Parking passes are not sold through Jampack or the official Old School Love website.
  • ADA Access: Dedicated ADA areas are available. Please visit the Box Office upon arrival for specific details or contact the festival directly for advanced planning.

What NOT to Bring

To keep everyone safe and the vibes high, the following items are strictly prohibited:

Gear Chairs, tents, umbrellas, wagons/wheeled carts, coolers.
Bags All bags are subject to screening. You can bring any regular to small personal bag, but it must not be any larger than 14 inches by 14 inches by 6 inches.
Tools/Tech Laser pointers, spray paint, markers, professional cameras, or audio/video recording equipment.
Safety Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives), firearms, fireworks, or explosives.
Food/Drink Outside food and drinks (including alcohol), glass containers.
Other Drugs/paraphernalia, pets (service animals must have ID), flags/poles, tailgating, or overnight parking.

Note: For the safety and security of our event, our event team has the right to deem ANY other items not listed unfit or unsafe inside the festival.
